Establishing, implementing and maintaining a food safety policy that includes:

• Meeting all applicable food safety requirements, including statutory and regulatory requirements and mutually agreed customer requirements related to food safety.
• Ensuring all food products are safe, legal, and authentic by implementing and maintaining a robust Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on HACCP principles and aligned with FSSC 22000.
• Consistently providing products and services that meet customer requirements and enhance satisfaction through effective internal and external communication, performance monitoring, and continual improvement.
• Applying risk-based thinking to identify and control potential threats and opportunities that may impact the quality and safety of our products or the integrity of our processes.
• Ensuring all employees are competent through regular training, evaluations, and clear communication of their responsibilities for maintaining quality and food safety.
• Working only with approved suppliers and partners who share our commitment to food safety and quality standards.
• Promoting a strong food safety and quality culture by encouraging accountability, openness, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
• Continual improvement of the FSMS, continuously improving the effectiveness of our Quality and Food Safety Management System by monitoring performance, reviewing risks, responding to non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions.
• Establishing and providing a framework for setting and reviewing measurable FSMS objectives across all levels and functions to monitor performance, drive improvement, evaluate results, and ensure competencies related to food safety.
• Fytomax Nutrition Private Limited is committed to ensuring that the Food Safety Policy is maintained as documented information, effectively communicated, understood, and implemented throughout the organization, and made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate. The policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and alignment with the Food Safety Management System and organizational objectives.
